We are thrilled to welcome you to Palm House for New Year’s Eve – and this year, we’re turning back the clock for a spectacular 80s Chic celebration!
Think nostalgic sounds, cocktails, great food and a little Palm House glamour as we transform our gardens into a vibrant New Year’s Eve party venue.
The evening begins on the lawn with welcome drinks, canapés and an authentic 80s vinyl DJ, before moving into the tented Palm Terrace for a special seated dinner accompanied by a live saxophonist.
Then, from 21h30, the party moves back into the gardens for the main celebration, with DJ Tanner taking over the dance floor, an 80s-inspired soundtrack, cocktails, late-night snacks and, of course, the countdown to 2027.
The Evening
18h00 | Welcome
Arrive on the lawn for welcome drinks and canapés, accompanied by our 80s vinyl DJ.
20h00 | Dinner
Take your seat in the tented Palm Terrace for a special New Year’s Eve dinner, with live saxophone setting the mood.
21h30 | The Party Begins
The celebration moves outdoors into the gardens, with DJ Tanner, an 80s-inspired dance floor, cocktails and late-night snacks.
00h00 | Welcome 2027
Raise a glass, celebrate the countdown and dance your way into the New Year.
Seating
Seating is at shared tables. Smaller groups of 2–4 guests may be seated with other guests, while larger groups will be kept together wherever possible.
We may accommodate groups larger than 12 across two tables, if needed.
Booking early allows us to best accommodate your party.
Children
Children under 12 are welcome to enjoy their own special New Year’s Eve experience in our private event venue.
We will provide a movie marathon, dinner, games, and age-appropriate entertainment, with child-minders on hand throughout the evening. Children may join their parents for the midnight countdown at the parents’ request.
Children aged 10–12 years may alternatively attend the main New Year’s Eve celebration at 50% of the adult ticket price, with the regular NYE menu served.
Bookings must be secured by pre-payment. Once you confirm your reservation, we will send you a secure payment link to finalise your booking.
Please note that full cancellation charges will apply to cancellations made after 30 November 2026.
The New Year’s Eve celebration is scheduled until approximately 01h00, with quiet cleaning and pack-down continuing until approximately 02h00.
Please also note that all hotel restaurants will be closed for dinner on New Year’s Eve, and no alternative dinner service will be available for guests who choose not to attend the celebration.
